Privacy notice

This notice covers the pupiloutlook.com website. Last updated [date you publish].

Who we are

Pupil Outlook is a ReviseBites product, run by [ReviseBites' legal name, and company number if it is a registered company]. Contact: hello@pupiloutlook.com.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising cookies. It only collects information you choose to send through the pilot and interest form, or by email.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site. [check Vercel's current privacy policy and link it here]

The pilot and interest form

The form asks for your name, work email, role, school or organisation, and anything you choose to tell us. Please don't include any information about pupils.

We use these details to reply to you and arrange the pilot. Our legal basis is legitimate interests. If you tick the updates box, we'll also send occasional news, and you can unsubscribe at any time; the legal basis for that is your consent.

When you send the form, your details are saved in a secure database run by Upstash, held in its London (UK) region, so we can keep track of applications and reply to you. Only the people who run Pupil Outlook can see them, after signing in. A copy is also sent to our inbox by an email delivery service, [Resend, or the provider you use], which may process it outside the UK under its own safeguards. [check and name the safeguard in its terms]

We keep form and email details for [e.g. 2 years after the last contact], then delete them.

The demo on this website

The demo at pupiloutlook.com/demo runs in your browser. Anything you type is saved in your browser's local storage on your device only; it is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The Pupil Outlook tool

The pilot tool itself is not part of this website. Schools taking part in the pilot use test or anonymised group totals only. Before any school uses real pupil data, it will receive a separate privacy notice, data processing agreement and data protection impact assessment.

Your rights
