Each school downloads its file from Pupil Outlook: Plans and documents, then Reports to download, then Cluster summary file. Files hold group figures only.
Group figures only
Summary files contain each school's year group totals, never pupil records. Groups of fewer than 5 pupils are left out by each school's tool.
